I have no dream in my heart
No more song like I used too
Pain has whittled its way
settled daily within my lower back and hip region
I used run 10 miles a day

I was stealthily trim and in shape
I have a wardrobe of Dangerous Diva attire
I am twice the size I once was
I'm a ginornmous version of a white silly Grrl
and the society whirled no longer loves me
Who have I become?
I’m still the same fierce opponent as before
even though I may not look it
But today I can’t walk half a block without crumbling to my knees
Without crying out loud
FUCK YOU PAIN and FUCK THIS INMOBILITITY!

I will find a way to escape this nightmare
This silent unforgiving painful world I have lived the past 2 years
I will dream again
I will create again
and one day
